Rates & Conditions

$100 initial fee (covers up to two hours of service)
$50/hour for assignments longer than two hours
Discounts or differential rates for platform, legal, scientific, or otherwise more demanding assignments will be negotiated at the time a request is made. Full day assignments will be individually negotiated at an agreed upon day rate.

Assignments longer than two hours in duration generally require two interpreters. I am happy to provide you with referrals at no charge.

I do not bill for travel expenses inside the Rochester and suburban areas. Expenses outside the area for travel and lodging are reimbursable at cost.

A $20.00 fee may be added to requests made with less than three business days' notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the beginning of the assignment are considered untimely and will be billed. Cancellations due to inclement weather are billed unless otherwise negotiated. No shows are billed without exception.

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payments will be assessed a 5% fee for each additional 15 day period past the due date. Major credit cards accepted. Please contact me for current rates and availability. Hiring me implies acceptance of the above terms.
