Welcome to the home page of Patty Sapere, American Sign Language (ASL) and English Interpreter. I am an ASL/English interpreter working in private practice in the Rochester, NY and suburban areas. I have been a private practice interpreter for 30 years. I am a sibling of a deaf adult (SODA), and consequently have been signing most of my life. I hold certification from the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, both Certificate of Transliteration (CT) and Certificate of Interpretation (CI) which has been maintained since 1988.

With diverse work experience, extensive education, research, and access to a network of qualified colleagues in the Rochester area, I am uniquely positioned to provide, or refer interpreting services for your event. I specialize in health care, mental health, rehabilitation, corporate meetings, higher education and research settings, though I have experience in a variety of other settings.
